Cancellation Policy
We are so excited to have you join us for Craft Your Joy – Hello Sunshine. Because this is a limited-capacity event that requires significant advance planning, venue commitments, and upfront expenses, your registration is considered a commitment to attend.

Non-Refundable Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is included in all registrations and secures your spot at the event.

Refund Schedule:

• March 31, 2026 – June 30, 2026
  Full refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit
• July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
  50% refund of registration fees paid, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit
• October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
  25% refund of registration fees paid, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit
• January 1, 2027 – April 3, 2027
  No refunds will be issued

Transfer Option
Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time before the event.
Please note: You must notify us of any transfer so we can update our records and ensure the new attendee is properly registered. Transfers are not considered complete until confirmed by our team.

Additional Details
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks.
No exceptions will be made after January 1, 2027.
